Hi, all! Recently Jesse and I took a trip to the Muir Woods, a national monument of trails that wind around giant redwood trees.
It was amazing.
I'm going to post mostly pictures, but I'll try to say a little about it too, it's probably going to be super cheesy and lame just so you know.
Hiking with Jesse was awesome. We decided to take the longer, less populated trail, to try and get a better experience and we sure did get an awesome experience. Once we broke away from where a lot of the people were it was so surreal and amazing to be in the presence of such gigantic trees, it was so quiet except for the occasional person or loud joke from one of us that made us laugh. We got to really spend some quality time together and experience something cool together.
Jesse is my best friend and I feel very lucky and blessed to have him in my life and I'm excited for what God has in store for me in the future. Funny how a trip to the forest helped me realize all that.
Now before I get too lame, here's some pictures!

The age of this tree is ridiculous. And it's a smaller one!!
Our delicious lunch picnic!
Using his iPad in the forest. That's cool. Cool job.
Needless to say I've been inspired. Nature is amazing and so is the Lord who put these magnificent trees here. I'm going to miss them when I move, but I'm sure I'll find things in Arizona to be in awe of.
Until next time! Love you all!
